Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila seeks a change management consultant to drive successful transitions across the organization, collaborating with leaders and project teams. You will lead end-to-end change initiatives: impact analysis, planning, designing and implementing change while ensuring adoption across culture and processes, including training.

A bachelor's degree in business or technology, plus experience in system implementation and strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in listed fields is required.
Experience in system implementation.
Experience in change management or organizational development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset to interpret data and identify trends.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of project management principles.
High empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
Prosci certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
