Job summary

Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corporation is seeking a Change Management professional to design and support enterprise transformation efforts in Metro Manila. The role focuses on governance, adoption strategies, and capability building to sustain change outcomes across business units.

You will embed change methodologies, conduct stakeholder analyses, coordinate training, and track adoption metrics to drive sustained performance in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in change management, Organizational Development, training, or transformation support.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.
• Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.
• Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.
• Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.
• Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.
• Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
• Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.
• Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.
