• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or any ERP system.
• Strong cybersecurity and data privacy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to translate business transformation goals into technology requirements.
• Design technology solutions aligned with transformation objectives and broader business goals.
• Develop technology roadmap to support transformation efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions support current and future scalability.
• Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee implementation of technology solutions with focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the transformation journey.
• Provide guidance to technical teams in development and implementation of transformation-driven solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
