Job summary

SevenConsulting is seeking a Change Analyst/Associate to work with clients on Change Management within a growing practice in Manila. This junior role involves supporting senior team members across engagement activities and developing skills in project delivery and PMO processes.

You will analyse business changes, prepare stakeholder documents, and help craft tactics to achieve desired outcomes, while developing expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO.
• A bachelor's degree (often in Psychology or related fields).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyze a client’s business to identify potential change impacts.
• Meet and present to stakeholders; prepare business documents and slides.
• Propose tactics to manage organisational change for projects.
• Execute plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks and issues.
• Maintain effective relationships and support project team members.
• Apply past experience to demonstrate PM principles, Agile/Waterfall blended methods.
