Job summary

Seven Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change initiatives for clients on complex programs. You will guide end-to-end change delivery, scope work, and present recommendations to executives, ensuring adoption and benefits realization.

The role requires 6–9 years in Change Management, a bachelor’s degree (often in psychology/organisational psychology or related fields), and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Change Management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (often Psychology/Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, HR, PM, or related).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management services autonomously on complex programs.
• Take briefs from clients, scope work, and resource estimates.
• Analyse business operations to assess change impact and management needs.
• Propose solutions to reduce adverse impacts of organizational change.
• Present to executive stakeholders and prepare business documents.
• Develop strategic tactics to manage organizational changes for programs.
• Execute plans, schedule, report progress, and manage risks.
• Measure success of change interventions and support recipients and leaders.
