CLEVR is seeking an Organization Development Associate Manager to drive L&D initiatives, employee engagement, and analytics to inform OD strategy. This role designs, implements, and evaluates programs that boost organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR/OD, 5+ years in OD/L&D, strong facilitation and data visualization skills, and experience with HRIS and analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in OD, L&D, or related HR roles with analytics and engagement experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leadership development and succession planning.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, design, and facilitate L&D programs, including leadership development, skills training, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement strategies, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Manage OD analytics: collect, interpret, and report on data related to engagement and learning outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and monitor succession progress.
• Serve as a change management champion and support culture transformation.
• Develop and deliver training to leaders on change management and team effectiveness.
• Evaluate OD and L&D programs using qualitative and quantitative data and implement improvements.
• Support organization-wide talent reviews and leadership development processes.
• Stay up-to-date on OD trends and introduce innovative approaches.

Role Overview

The OD Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in driving learning & development (L&D) initiatives, employee engagement (EE), and leveraging analytics to inform OD strategy. This manager-level position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that support organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in L&D, a passion for employee experience, and strong analytical skills to guide data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and facilitate L&D programs, including leadership development, skills training, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement strategies, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage OD analytics: collect, interpret, and report on data related to engagement, learning outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps, develop succession planning frameworks, and monitor progress.
• Serve as a change management champion, creating and executing strategies that support business transformation and culture change.
• Develop and deliver training to leaders and managers on change management, coaching, and team effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and L&D programs using qualitative and quantitative data; recommend and implement improvements.
• Support and coordinate organization-wide talent reviews and leadership development processes.
• Stay up-to-date on OD best practices and industry trends; proactively introduce innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in OD, L&D, or related HR roles, with demonstrated experience in analytics and employee engagement.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Experience in leadership development and succession planning.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting.

Additional Information

• Day shift, Monday - Friday (compressed workweek)
