Zypher HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and Strategic HR to lead the HR department and strengthen organizational effectiveness as the business grows.

You will review structures, align policies with business goals, develop workforce plans, lead learning initiatives, drive performance management, and guide the HR team to deliver business-oriented HR services in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in OD, L&D, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical HR strategies and programs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HR department and develop people strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives, while ensuring effective HR operations and compliance.
• Review organizational structures, reporting lines, roles, and accountabilities to improve efficiency, clarify responsibilities, and support business growth.
• Partner with business leaders to assess manpower requirements, identify capability gaps, and develop workforce plans that align staffing needs with organizational priorities.
• Establish learning and development strategies, competency-based training programs, and leadership development initiatives to build employee capabilities and prepare future leaders.
• Strengthen performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, competency assessments, and development planning, to drive accountability and results.
• Identify critical roles and high-potential talent, support career development, and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and organizational readiness.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, collaboration, and change management.
• Guide and develop the HR team, establish priorities and performance measures, and ensure responsive, consistent, and business-oriented HR services.
