Job summary
CLEVR is looking for a Digital & Transformation Lead Director to establish and lead the firm0s Digital & Transformation Group, driving enterprise-wide transformation and championing AI adoption to improve organizational performance.
Reporting directly to the Digital & Transformation Committee, the role bridges business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a strategic business transformation role, not IT operations, in a hybrid Makati setting.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, business transformation, digital transformation, or strategic change initiatives.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide transformation or technology-enabled business initiatives.
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies is strongly preferred.
- Certifications in AI, Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the firm0s Digital & Transformation Roadmap, establishing transformation priorities with firm leadership and division heads.
- Lead enterprise-wide process redesign, digitalization, automation, and operating-model transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute the firm0s AI strategy, including the adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies across divisions.
- Manage the Digital & Transformation portfolio, including opportunity assessment, prioritization, business-case development, execution oversight, benefits tracking, and performance reporting.
- Engage senior stakeholders and lead organizational change to support the adoption of new technologies and transformed business processes.
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with governance, security, privacy, risk, and control requirements.
- Maintain the Digital & Transformation Risk Register and provide visibility into key transformation risks and dependencies.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Digital & Transformation Group while coaching future transformation leaders.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to Partners and firm leadership on innovation, AI, and enterprise transformation.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, business transformation, digital transformation, or strategic change initiatives.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide transformation or technology-enabled business initiatives.
- Strong experience in transformation roadmaps, process and operating-model redesign, portfolio governance, business cases, organizational change, and benefits realization.
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional organizational change.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, audit, or financial services is an advantage.
- Certifications in AI, Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
- Hybrid (2-3 days RTO per week), Makati office
