Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Order-to-Cash Account Validation Specialist in Cebu, Philippines. You will validate customer accounts, ensure data accuracy across enterprise systems, and support onboarding, pricing, and governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain high-quality customer data, enabling efficient operations, accurate reporting, and excellent service. Hybrid work arrangement applies, onsite initially.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Master Data, Data Management, Order-to-Cash, Customer Operations, Shared Services, or related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with customer account validation, data governance, or master data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate prospective customer accounts and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Verify legal business names across corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and non-profits.
• Review and maintain customer pricing levels and account setup requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master records across enterprise systems.
• Execute data cleansing, matching, merging, and deduplication to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct manual account reviews and validations when automated controls are insufficient.
• Maintain customer hierarchies, classifications, and order processing requirements.
• Analyze data discrepancies and investigate root causes of data quality issues.
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to governance and quality.
• Escalate high-risk data quality issues to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, maintenance, and governance initiatives.
• Generate reports and provide insights on data quality and validation.
