Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Order-to-Cash Account Validation Specialist to validate and maintain customer master data across enterprise systems. You will work with Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to support onboarding and order-to-cash processes, ensuring data accuracy and governance.

You will perform data cleansing, deduplication, create records, review pricing, maintain hierarchies, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Master Data, Data Management, Order-to-Cash, Customer Operations, Shared Services, or a related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with customer account validation, data governance, or master data management processes.
• Knowledge of data cleansing, matching, merging, and deduplication techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms such as Siebel CRM, Oracle EBS, Oracle UCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate prospective customer accounts and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
• Verify legal business names and customer information across various business structures.
• Review and maintain customer pricing levels and account setup requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master records across enterprise systems.
• Execute data cleansing, matching, merging, and deduplication activities to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct manual account reviews and validations when automated controls are insufficient.
• Maintain customer hierarchies, industry classifications, account classes, and order processing requirements.
• Analyze customer data discrepancies and investigate root causes of data quality issues.
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to enhance data accuracy and governance compliance.
• Escalate high-risk or complex data quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and data governance initiatives.
• Generate reports and provide insights related to customer data quality and account validation activities.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and comply with established governance and operational procedures.
