Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate entry, delivery, and invoicing. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in order management or related roles, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics), and excellent communication skills. This on-site role offers global exposure and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, or related administrative functions.
• Experience processing customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, sales order management, and customer support activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address order discrepancies and bottlenecks.
• Good verbal and written communication to interact with customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-level service.
• Experience supporting multinational companies or shared service environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and inventory processes is a plus.

What You Need to Succeed
