Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Manila is seeking an Operations Associate to support order entry, processing, and continuous improvement of delivery and customer service workflows. The role collaborates with multiple sales departments to ensure accurate quotes, POs, RMAs, and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years in operations, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. PST hours readiness and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper protocols to ensure correct quote, order entry and fulfillment.
• When processing POs, quotes, and RMAs, ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data into a variety of organization software systems.
• Work in cross-functional teams to define and review operational procedures and to introduce new ones.
• Define and execute improvements to order management processes and technologies.
• Assist in training other order entry employees in developing skills and knowledge.
• Support continuous development of processes and workflows.
• Other duties as needed in Operations.
