Job summary

Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH in Manila is seeking an Operations Associate to support order entry, quotes, and fulfillment while improving processes. You will address issues proactively and coordinate with sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work across departments to enter data into multiple systems, process POs, RMAs, and quotes, and help train other order-entry staff. A strong English command and willingness to align with PST hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience.
• Prior order management experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes.
• High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper protocols to ensure correct quote, order entry and fulfillment.
• When processing POs, quotes, and RMAs, ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data into a variety of organization software systems.
• Work in cross-functional teams to define and review operational and logistical procedures, as well as to introduce new procedures as required.
• Define and execute improvements to order management processes and technologies to streamline order delivery and improve customer service.
• Assist in training other order entry employees in the development of skills and knowledge.
• Support with the continuous development of processes and workflows.
