Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in end-to-end order management.
• Experience with order entry, validation, and maintenance.
• Experience reviewing and booking orders into ERP.
• Experience with credit memos, rebilling, and billing adjustments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and night shift.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of end to end in Order Management

• Strong experience in End-to-end order processing, order entry, order validation, order maintenance

• Reviewing and booking customer orders into ERP systems

• Credit memo creation, rebilling, billing adjustments

• Experience resolving order discrepancies and managing stakeholder inquiries

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
