Job summary

Accenture in Quezon City is seeking an Order Management Analyst or Senior Analyst to oversee end-to-end order processing and billing support. You will ensure data accuracy, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve complex order issues.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements, with onsite night shift coverage and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Order-to-Cash experience, specifically in Order Management.
• End-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation and maintenance.
• Reviewing and booking customer orders into ERP systems.
• Credit memo creation, rebilling, and billing adjustments.
• Experience resolving order discrepancies and stakeholder inquiries.
• Must be able to work onsite in Quezon City and night shift.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of Order-to-Cash experience, specifically in Order Management

• Strong experience in End-to-end order processing, order entry, order validation, order maintenance
• Reviewing and booking customer orders into ERP systems
• Credit memo creation, rebilling, billing adjustments
• Experience resolving order discrepancies and managing stakeholder inquiries
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
