Job summary

Accenture in Quezon City is seeking an Order Management Analyst or Senior Analyst to oversee end-to-end order processing and billing support. You will ensure data accuracy, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve complex order issues.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements, with onsite night shift coverage and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Order-to-Cash experience, specifically in Order Management.
• End-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation and maintenance.
• Reviewing and booking customer orders into ERP systems.
• Credit memo creation, rebilling, and billing adjustments.
• Experience resolving order discrepancies and stakeholder inquiries.
• Must be able to work onsite in Quezon City and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end order management and billing activities.
• Review customer orders and ensure data accuracy before processing.
• Handle escalations related to order entry, billing discrepancies, and contract alignment.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to resolve complex order issues.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
