You will lead end-to-end order management activities, review orders for data accuracy, and collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve issues. Onsite work in Quezon City and night shift are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in end-to-end order management.
• Experience with order entry, validation, and maintenance.
• Experience reviewing and booking orders into ERP.
• Experience with credit memos, rebilling, and billing adjustments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end order management and billing activities
• Review customer orders for data accuracy before processing
• Handle escalations related to order entry, billing discrepancies, and contract alignment
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve complex order issues
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA compliance
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
