Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an Order Management Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the OTC team in Quezon City. You will oversee end-to-end order processing, billing support, and drive team performance to meet SLAs.

The role requires at least 2 years in Order-to-Cash with hands-on experience in order entry, processing, invoicing, and resolving discrepancies. Night shift and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Order-to-Cash experience, focusing on Order Management.
• Experience with order entry, processing, invoicing, and billing support.
• Ability to resolve order discrepancies and manage stakeholder inquiries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• On-site work in Quezon City and night shift availability.

Join our Order-to-Cash (OTC) team as an Order Management Analyst or Senior Analyst and oversee order processing operations, ensuring accurate order booking, billing support, and strong team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support end-to-end order management and billing activities

• Review customer orders and ensure data accuracy before processing

• Handle escalations related to order entry, billing discrepancies, and contract alignment

• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to resolve complex order issues

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA compliance

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of Order-to-Cash experience, specifically in Order Management

• Strong experience in order entry, order processing, invoicing, and billing support

• Experience resolving order discrepancies and managing stakeholder inquiries

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Good to Have

• Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services experience

• Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk stakeholders

• Exposure to ERP or Order Management platforms

• Process improvement or automation experience
