Qualifications

• 2+ years in Order-to-Cash and Order Management.
• Experience in end-to-end order processing and billing.
• Onsite in Quezon City and able to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end order management and billing activities
• Review customer orders and ensure data accuracy before processing
• Handle escalations related to order entry, billing discrepancies, and contract alignment
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to resolve complex order issues
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA compliance
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
