Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, PO administration, customer service, or logistics support.
• Experience with data entry, purchase order management, and basic invoicing.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
• Comfortable using email platforms (Gmail, Outlook) for vendor, internal, and customer communication.
• Ability to learn or quickly adapt to Produce Pro (or similar inventory/order systems).

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, inventory records, and transaction data accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve issues.
• Process and maintain order documentation using Produce Pro and related systems.
• Handle email communications through Gmail and Outlook for operational coordination.
• Generate reports, update spreadsheets, and maintain organized electronic records.
