Job summary

Connext in Angeles, Philippines is seeking an Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory data while delivering exceptional service to vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams.

You will coordinate orders and documentation, respond to inquiries via email, and maintain organized electronic records using Produce Pro and common productivity tools, requiring data entry precision, multitasking, and a professional,

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in data entry, PO administration, customer service, or logistics support.
• Must have stable employment history.
• Experience with data entry, PO management, and basic invoicing.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
• Comfortable using email platforms (Gmail, Outlook) for vendor, internal, and customer communication.
• Ability to learn or quickly adapt to Produce Pro (or similar inventory/order systems).
• Basic understanding of logistics or delivery scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage purchase order, invoice, and inventory information in company databases.
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve issues.
• Manage orders and documentation using Produce Pro and related platforms.
• Responds to internal and external communications via email platforms (Gmail, Outlook).
• Ensure data accuracy for all order and inventory transactions.
• Generate or update basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Maintain organized electronic records of order activities and vendor interactions.
