Formación

• Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration capabilities.
• Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and implement configurations that support business processes effectively.
• Familiarity with release management practices and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
