Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud/PeopleSoft specialist to lead complex implementation programs. The role requires deep functional expertise across Core HR, Recruitment, and Compensation, with hands-on work in OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and APIs.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end deliveries, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and adapt to agile/Scrum methodologies while accommodating shifting schedules to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft.
• At least 3 End to End Implementations on Oracle HCM.
• Functional expertise across Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning or Time & Labor.
• Hands on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, VBCS (Redwood).
• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
