Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer Manager to lead the development, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle HCM solutions for diverse client portfolios. You will guide teams, coach juniors, manage workstreams, and translate client needs into practical solutions using Oracle tools and OCI.

The role requires 7–11 years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP environments.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM development workstreams across client implementations and support.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for assigned work.
• Guide configuring, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions.
• Review designs, code, and deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for enhancements.
• Direct issue analysis and resolution across integrations and defects.
• Oversee use of Oracle ADF, Data Integration, and OCI in delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and report progress.
• Mentor team members through feedback and technical reviews.

As an Oracle HCM Developer Manager you will lead client support work focused on Oracle technology, including the development, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle HCM solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and adopt business applications more effectively. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, manage client service workstreams, and bring strategic planning, performance management, and thoughtful problem solving to complex delivery needs within our Business Application Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will help translate client needs into practical solution work, oversee deliverables across multiple priorities, and use Oracle tools and technology to deliver work that supports implementation, training, and ongoing system use.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle HCM development workstreams across client implementation and support activities
• Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for assigned work
• Guiding teams in configuring, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions
• Reviewing technical designs, code, and deliverables to validate alignment with client requirements
• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle HCM enhancements
• Directing issue analysis and resolution across integrations, workflows, and application defects
• Overseeing use of Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Coordinating with client stakeholders to prioritize requests and communicate progress on delivery activities
• Mentoring team members through feedback, coaching, and review of technical work
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and applying automation to improve delivery efficiency

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating Oracle HCM application development across client-facing engagements
• Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines
