Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is hiring a Team Supervisor to oversee an offshore team across client services and data entry. You will be the first escalation point for routine questions and will allocate workloads, monitor capacity, and prevent backlogs.

You will lead weekly admin meetings, oversee quality of outputs, and manage communications across onshore and offshore colleagues, using CRM and MS Office tools to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in administration, operations or client services.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising a team, offshore or remote preferred.
• Experience allocating work, managing capacity and monitoring productivity.
• Experience QA reviews or auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Experience handling escalations and providing first-level support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• CRM or practice management software experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of offshore team across client services and data entry.
• First escalation point to resolve routine questions offshore.
• Allocate and balance workload; flag capacity issues before backlogs.
• Run weekly admin meetings with offshore team.
