Job summary

Beyond, a global technology group, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in the Philippines to streamline commercial operations. You will own high-volume, lower-complexity sales and administrative workflows, focusing on renewals, license requests, and vendor coordination.

You will manage quotes, POs, and invoicing, while maintaining CRM data accuracy and collaborating with finance and external partners to deliver swift, accurate service for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, operations, or commercial admin roles.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar service-ticketing platforms.
• Strong math and spreadsheet skills with proficient use of templates.
• Proven ability to generate quotes, handle POs, and support basic financial admin.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams, vendors and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

• Renewals management: oversee automated checks and queries for timely renewals.
• License requests: fulfill daily software/licence edition requests via Zendesk.
• Vendor renewals: coordinate simple renewals with vendors and internal teams.
• Financial admin: resolve invoice queries and create POs for third-party vendors.
• Quoting & procurement: generate quotes and assist customers through procurement lifecycle.
• Data hygiene: maintain accurate sales activity and CRM/ticket records.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with senior renewals specialists, finance and vendors to remove bottlenecks.
