Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid day-shift role. You will provide timely guest support across calls, messages and emails, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers with practical solutions.

You will resolve complaints by root-cause analysis, coordinate with branches and suppliers, and document all actions in THL systems to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• So at least 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems such as D365
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support to guests via calls, messaging and written communication
• Troubleshoot vehicle and service-related issues and give practical guidance
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying root cause and following through
• Balance customer needs with business requirements to deliver fair outcomes
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately
• Accurately capture, manage and update all cases in THL systems
• Coordinate with branches, contractors and suppliers to deliver solutions
• Ensure tasks are resolved within agreed timeframes
• Maintain high data accuracy and proper documentation
