Job summary

Beep Philippines is seeking an organized Human Resources Associate to provide operational HR support across recruitment, employee records management, and general HR administration.

The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and in line with company policies and project requirements. This hybrid setup offers exposure to payroll, compliance, onboarding, and HR reporting in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR Admin and payroll; familiarity with local regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and timekeeping support and assist payroll reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and regulators.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support enrollment, benefits administration, and wellness programs.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff movements.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding aligned with company timelines.
• Support employee relations and case management processes.
• Assist in training, capability development, and learning initiatives.
• Support engagement programs, events, and recognition activities.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and trackers for decision-making.
• Coordinate HR-related facilities, admin services, and vendor needs.
• Support Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives.
• Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes.
