Job summary

Moog Philippines seeks a Senior Operations Excellence Lead to drive high-impact continuous improvement across the site in Baguio. You will mentor belts, lead major CI initiatives, and deploy Lean Six Sigma and 80-20 methodologies to improve quality, delivery, and productivity.

The role requires 7+ years in CI with a Black Belt certification, strong data analytics, and ability to coordinate across functions to achieve strategic OPEX goals. Onsite work in Baguio, PH is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Continuous Improvement with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Proven track record in manufacturing CI projects.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional CI initiatives to meet site KPIs.
• Mentor Green Belts and Black Belts in DMAIC and problem solving.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and Lean Six Sigma trainings.
• Drive strategic OPEX programs and ROI-focused transformations.
• Communicate progress to steering committees.
