Job summary

Moog in Baguio City seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead overall BU operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, and lean goals. You will coordinate across departments, plan budgets, and develop capacity and personnel policies to optimize performance.

Reporting to Site Operations Director, you will influence multiple Moog sites, manage cost and lead-time improvements, and balance capacity with subcontracting and make-buy decisions to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Technical or Business field.
• At least 10 years progressive experience in operations, production engineering or project management.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and cultures.
• Demonstrates Moog leadership behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Set strategies for each Business Unit with the Leadership Team.
• Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies across Moog sites.
• Develop and track product costs and lead-time goals; set roadmaps.
• Manage product delivery and cost performance with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, PM and QA.
• Balance BU capacity with subcontracting, make-buy decisions, and coordinate with other units.
