Inchcape Philippines seeks a Continuous Improvement SME to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in a hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig. You will design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experiences, partnering with leaders across functions.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, analyzing data in Excel and Power BI, and tracking benefits to ensure sustained transformation and capability building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, or Transformation roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement initiatives – identify opportunities, analyze workflows, and implement sustainable improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, and other methodologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration – conduct workshops, process reviews, root cause analysis sessions, and future-state design activities with business partners across functions.
• Drive operational excellence – analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and deliver solutions that improve quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Support transformation projects – work with Technology and Digital teams to assess automation, workflow optimization, analytics, and process transformation opportunities.
• Monitor project outcomes and benefits – track KPIs, maintain project documentation, manage risks, and support successful implementation and stabilization of improvements.
• Build continuous improvement capability – coach colleagues on process improvement tools and structured problem-solving approaches while promoting a culture of operational excellence.
