Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Trainer to ignite a passion for continuous learning and transfer knowledge to new hires. The role focuses on training needs analysis and creating materials suitable for face-to-face or online delivery.

You will act as SME across multiple lines of business, facilitate sessions, monitor trainee performance, mentor operators, and generate training reports. Opportunities include training in international offices and access towellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Good facilitation and excellent communication skills.
• Create training materials via PowerPoint and other tools.
• Understands different kinds of learners.
• Training Needs Analysis.
• Knowledge in training levels of evaluation.
• Knowledge in Articulate or other e-learning software.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple lines of business.
• Facilitates required classroom and online training sessions for the department.
• Monitors trainee performance to identify training gaps.
• Mentors and coaches operators as needed.
• Creates and maintains training reports for easy monitoring.
