Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Facilities & Operations Officer in the Philippines to oversee school day-to-day operations, scheduling, and event logistics.

You will coordinate with OSOs, arrange vendor services, monitor repairs, and support procurement and inventory management while ensuring safety protocols and smooth campus operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Fire Safety Manager or WSH certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage school operational processes (scheduling, correspondence, logistics for events, exams, meetings)
• Address and log facility defects, feedback, and operational disruptions
• Supervise contractors for building maintenance and conduct routine checks on facilities (classrooms, labs, AVA rooms)
• Collaborate with Operations Support Officers (OSOs) on daily cleaning and asset maintenance
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders; prepare reports and admin documents
• Support procurement and inventory management of school supplies and equipment
• Support safety and security protocols
• Assist with asset/inventory tracking and renovation project planning
• Any ad-hoc duties

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
