Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in the Philippines (Nueva Ecija) is seeking a dependable maintenance assistant to support school facilities. You will perform indoor cleaning, help with general maintenance, and report defects to the Operations Manager.

You will also assist with opening/closing, coordinate with term contractors, provide event support, supervise basic plant upkeep, and handle ad-hoc tasks as directed by School Leaders.

Qualifications

• Preferably GCE O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Indoor cleaning of school facilities.
• Assist Operations Manager in maintenance tasks and reporting defects.
• Lock/unlock school rooms and gates; monitor security alarm.
• Provide logistical support for school events (moving furniture, ushering).
• Indoor maintenance of plants.
• Coordinate with term contractors for maintenance.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by School Leaders and Operations Managers.

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.30 am to 4.00 pm
• Fridays: 6.30 am to 3.30 pm

Key Roles

• In-door cleaning of school facilities

• Assist Operations Manager in general maintenance, reporting defects, checking supplies

• Lock/unlock school rooms, gates; operate security alarm system; report security concerns

• Provide logistical support for school events (carrying/arranging furniture, traffic control, ushering)

• In-door maintenance of plants

• Assist Operations Manager in coordinating with term contractors for maintenance

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by School Leaders and Operations Managers
