Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities & OSH Coordinator to oversee daily building and safety operations in Metro Manila. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role involves monitoring the daily condition and maintenance of buildings, offices, utilities, equipment, and common areas, while coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers. The position encompasses facility management, workplace safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Monitor the daily condition and maintenance of buildings, offices, utilities, equipment, and common areas
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers
Conduct regular facility inspections and report defects, hazards, and maintenance concerns
Monitor utility consumption such as electricity and water and recommend cost‑saving measures
Maintain records of facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service contracts
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards
Assist in implementing the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program
Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and required PPE
Assist in implementing the company’s environmental management programs
Monitor proper segregation, storage, handling, and disposal of wastes
Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field
Preferably with at least 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, occupational safety, environmental management, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of OSH standards, facility maintenance, waste management, and environmental compliance
Familiarity with DOLE, DENR/EMB, BFP, and other regulatory requirements is an advantage
Preferably with relevant Safety Officer certification/training
Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Willing to conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with contractors and government agencies
