Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor for a Telco / Telco Sales account. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising a team of agents, ensuring service excellence, and improving processes.

This is a customer service–focused role (not sales incentive-based).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of CSRs
• Oversee daily operations and short-term activities
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns
• Drive process improvements and team performance
• Ensure quality service delivery (voice/chat support)

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 1–3 years BPO experience (Telco / Telco Sales)
• 1–3 years experience as Supervisor / Team Leader / Ops Supervisor
• Strong leadership and operational decision-making skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati (GY shift)
