Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee taxi service dispatch, fleet utilization, driver performance, and safety compliance at our Bulacan on-site operation.

You will lead a bilingual team of drivers and staff, optimize daily workflows, and prepare operational reports to implement process improvements that boost service quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in operations, transportation, or fleet management (taxi or ride-hailing industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with dispatch or fleet management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety standards, and transport compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make quick operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of taxi service, ensuring dispatch efficiency and driver performance.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead drivers and administrative staff; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and report incidents; implement preventive measures.
• Respond to customer issues professionally and improve rider satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; support process improvements.
