Job summary

YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is seeking a Logistics Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily van dispatch, route planning, and driver assignments in Bulacan. You will coordinate with branches and operations teams, monitor GPS fleet status, and ensure compliance with routes and schedules.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics or dispatch, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet management, transportation, or delivery operations.
• Experience supervising drivers, delivery personnel, or dispatch teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of route planning, vehicle dispatching, fleet monitoring, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily dispatch and deployment of delivery vans based on delivery volume, routes, manpower, and needs.
• Prepare and monitor daily dispatch schedules, vehicle assignments, driver assignments, and delivery routes.
• Ensure vans are dispatched on time and assigned to designated delivery areas.
• Coordinate with Branch Supervisors, Operations Teams, Sortation Hubs, and other departments regarding daily delivery requirements.
• Monitor the movement and status of dispatched vans through GPS or fleet management systems.
• Monitor drivers' compliance with routes, schedules, and procedures.
• Ensure dispatched vehicles have necessary documents, equipment, tools, and supplies before leaving.
• Conduct or coordinate pre-dispatch vehicle inspections for safety and operability.
• Monitor daily delivery performance including on-time departure, completion, failures, returns, and utilization.
• Investigate and document incidents involving delivery vehicles (accidents, delays, deviations).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on deployment, status, incidents, and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, dispatch schedules, and trip activities.

About the role

Supervise the daily dispatch and deployment of delivery vans based on delivery volume, assigned routes, manpower, and operational requirements. Prepare and monitor daily dispatch schedules, vehicle assignments, driver assignments, and delivery routes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all vans are dispatched on time and properly assigned to designated delivery areas

• Coordinate with Branch Supervisors, Operations Teams, Sortation Hubs, and other departments regarding daily delivery requirements

• Monitor the movement and status of dispatched vans through GPS, fleet management systems, or other available monitoring tools

• Monitor drivers' compliance with assigned routes, dispatch schedules, and operational procedures

• Ensure that all dispatched vehicles have the necessary delivery documents, equipment, tools, and supplies before leaving the facility

• Conduct or coordinate pre-dispatch vehicle inspections to ensure that vans are in safe and operational condition

• Monitor daily delivery performance, including on-time departure, delivery completion, failed deliveries, returns, and vehicle utilization

• Investigate and document incidents involving delivery vehicles, including accidents, damages, delays, unauthorized route deviations, and other irregularities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle deployment, dispatch performance, delivery status, vehicle utilization, incidents, and operational issues

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all vehicles, drivers, dispatch schedules, and trip activities

About you
