Job summary

GET-E International is seeking a diligent customer operations specialist in Manila to manage inbound and outbound communications with business customers and transport suppliers using Zendesk. You will verify bookings, ensure operational requirements are met, and escalate disruptions while adhering to SLAs.

The role requires rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on rapid problem-solving and teamwork within the Manila and Netherlands teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B customers and transport suppliers via Zendesk.
• Check booking quality and confirm transport details meet operational requirements.
• Escalate disruptions and resolve issues within agreed service times (SLAs).
• Follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately across all tasks.
• Spot inefficiencies in how we work and flag them to the Operations Supervisor.
• Work closely with our Manila and Netherlands operations teams across shifts.

Your profile

• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Fast and accurate on a computer (you'll take a short practical test in the first interview)
• Able to learn and remember processes quickly
• Proactive, a natural problem-solver and a team player
