Grow into the person who keeps a transport operation running.
Every day, major corporations in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors count on us to get their people where they need to be, on time. Behind every trip is a Booking Admin who takes the request, assigns the right driver and vehicle, confirms every detail, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. We're looking for someone who is punctual and present every day, wants to build real operations skills, and sees a structured learning path as an advantage.
What you'll do
- Receive and process transport bookings from corporate clients by phone, email and messaging
- Assign drivers and vehicles, and coordinate with our in-house drivers and accredited partners
- Send trip advisories and follow up until every driver, client and passenger has confirmed
- Prepare trip tickets and keep the Daily Booking List and Daily Trip Schedule accurate
- Support billing and partner payments with complete, well-organized records
What to expect
- Week 1, onboarding: Get to know the team, our tools, files and templates, and how a booking moves from request to completed trip.
- Months 1 to 5, hands-on training: Learn booking, dispatch and record-keeping step by step, with progress reviews at Months 1, 3 and 5.
- Daily feedback on your work: Your bookings are checked every day so you build accuracy fast, because one wrong time or address can affect a client's whole day.
- Skills you'll build: Trip scheduling and dispatch coordination, client communication, problem-solving under time pressure, and organized record-keeping in Excel.
- Time commitment: Trips don't always end at 5 PM. Early calls, late trips and last-minute changes sometimes mean staying past regular hours, so you must be punctual every day and available to extend when required.
This role is for someone who shows up on time, every time, and stays until the job is done when the day requires it.
You're a strong fit if you
- Are consistently punctual and reliable with your time
- Can stay beyond regular hours when bookings require it
- Pay close attention to detail and double-check your own work
- Follow up persistently and politely until things are confirmed
- Communicate clearly in English and Filipino, by phone and in writing
- Are comfortable with Excel, email and messaging apps (Viber, WhatsApp)
- Take feedback as a way to improve, and want to grow your career in operations
- Have 1+ year of experience in admin, customer service, scheduling or logistics (preferred, not required; we train the right attitude)
What we offer
- Above-minimum pay scale upon regularization
- A clear path to regularization, with pay increases based on performance
- Direct coaching from our management team
