Job summary

About the role

Operations Specialist role focused on managing customer inquiries, order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and logistics operations. The position involves end-to-end order processing, cross-border coordination, and resolution of operational issues to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and concerns through calls, chat, and email


• Handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order receipt, processing, monitoring, and completion


• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure shipment statuses are updated accurately and on time


• Prepare and send pre-alerts and shipment manifests to relevant partners


• Coordinate with cross-border agents, couriers, warehouses, and Customs regarding shipment movement, clearance, delays, and exceptions


• Monitor shipment arrivals and proactively follow up on delayed, missing, or problematic shipments


• Provide customers with timely shipment and order status updates


• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of shipment discrepancies, failed deliveries, returns, claims, and other operational issues


• Prepare billing reports and submit complete and accurate billing information to the Accounting Team within required deadlines


• Maintain and update internal operational trackers, shipment reports, and customer records

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics/eCommerce or equivalent


• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in the same capacity


• Strong customer service skills


• Social Media Savvy


• Knowledge in preparation and sending of billings


• Proven analytical, critical and problem-solving skills and a passion to learn


• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast paced working environment


• Prior experience in eCommerce marketing operation is a plus


• Willing to work on weekends and holidays with pay
