Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a Process Design and Documentation Specialist to standardize processes across the organization, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment of policies with operational needs.

You will develop process flowcharts and SOPs, collaborate with departments to gather data, cascade policies, and lead continuous improvements across multiple branches. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication to translate complex processes into actionable

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process design and documentation.
• Proficiency in process mapping software (Visio) and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop process flowcharts, SOPs, and policy documents that are clear and concise.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and inputs required for process design and documentation.
• Assist in cascading policies and procedures that will be implemented.
• Participate in regular reviews of implemented processes and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Handle various standardization projects and initiatives as necessary.
