Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/branch management, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing or accounting.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong integrity and strategic thinking; budgeting and planning ability.
• Experience in hiring, training and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations for smooth functioning.
• Manage staff schedules and allocate resources for optimal coverage.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Deliver prompt, exceptional customer service per standards.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
