PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Process Analyst to map and document current-state processes across workflows, controls, and dependencies. You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to capture requirements, inputs, outputs, and operational considerations.

In this role, you will identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and support the design of future-state processes, SOPs, and training materials to enable smooth knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Education, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, or documentation.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis.
• Proven experience developing SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge assets.

Responsabilités

• Map and document current-state processes, including workflows, activities, controls, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements, inputs and outputs.
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Support design of future-state processes, including workflows and handoffs.
• Ensure process documentation aligns with global standards and naming conventions.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, process docs, and job aids.
• Create training materials and knowledge resources for onboarding.
• Document controls, risks, and compliance for governance and audit readiness.
• Maintain process repositories with version control and updates.
• Partner with Design, Build, Transition teams to ensure readiness.
• Review documentation for accuracy and escalate gaps.
