Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process improvement, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).
• Exposure to Power Automate and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and standardization.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvement.
• Support data-driven insights by preparing, consolidating, and validating operational data for reporting.
• Develop Excel-based trackers and automated reports to reduce manual effort.
• Support automation and digital transformation efforts across functions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate information and ensure data consistency.
