• Familiarity with data centre design or similar critical infrastructure environments.
• Analytical mindset with emphasis on process improvement; Lean or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or production support, ideally in a design or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to manage and support production teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across time zones.
• Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheets or Planner.
• Familiarity with data centre design or similar critical infrastructure project environments.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement — exposure to Lean or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
