Job summary

SPX Express in Manila, Philippines, seeks a data-driven professional to perform deep-dive analyses of operational data for Financial Operations. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building business cases, and driving projects from initiation to execution with strong stakeholder alignment.

You will develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics, surface issues early, and collaborate with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets
• At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems

• Experience in managing diverse teams to drive results

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify process improvement opportunities for Financial Operations
• Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges
• Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues
• Partner closely with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data, address and resolve issues
