Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in Quezon City seeks an Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistent processes across the organization. You will coordinate sales, logistics, and admin to meet targets in a lean, fast-moving small business environment.

The role focuses on reactivating dormant accounts and opening new ones, expanding HORECA channels and e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, while maintaining clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (FMCG, trading, or distribution preferred).
• Experience in reactivating dormant accounts and opening new accounts.
• Familiarity with HORECA channels or e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) is a plus.
• Strong English and Filipino/Taglish communication; able to coach and coordinate teams.

• Coordinate daily activities across the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, communicating clearly and professionally.

• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements.

• Support planning, coordination, and execution across sales, logistics, and administrative functions as needed.

• Maintain organized records and reporting to keep operations transparent and on track.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (college graduate) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution.

• Proven experience in reactivating dormant accounts and/or opening new accounts.

• Familiarity with HORECA channels or e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Taglish.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and coordinate.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Comfortable and adaptable working in a lean, fast-moving small business environment.
