Ayyang's Thai Beauty Shop in Mayamot, Antipolo Rizal, is seeking an Ops Manager to oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, from receipt to dispatch, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and Fulfillment Team Leaders.

The role emphasizes courier coordination, RTS/cancellations/refunds, and continuous improvement through KPI tracking, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, HR, sales, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• Min 2 years in operations role, supervisory level.
• Experience in management/executive operations.
• Familiar with key functions such as marketing, human resources, sales, and finance.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and experience in tracking performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Job description

The Ops Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-responsive order fulfillment across all platforms and business channels (i.e. TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada). Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside co-managers, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle, from order receipt to dispatch, while coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager, and Fulfillment Team Leaders and Staff. This position also handles courier coordination, customer feedback on fulfillment, people management, and post-fulfillment issues such as RTS (Return to Seller), cancellations, and refunds.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and monitor the entire order fulfillment cycle both for online and offline orders.
• Coordinate with the concerned Units to ensure orders are packed and ready on time
• Oversee dispatch and courier pickup scheduling, troubleshoot delivery concerns
• Handle resolution processes with Corrective Action/Preventive Actions, for RTS, cancellations, and/or refunds in coordination with internal units and platform representatives.
• Collaborate with Platform Representatives on upcoming campaigns, volume surges, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize order fulfillment efficiency
• Lead team huddles and meetings to empower teams, mentor talent, and ensure operational agility.
• Prepare and submit team schedules, operational reports, and action plans to the General Manager and Operations Analyst
