• Lead and back the Sales team, including monitoring performance and holding members accountable

• Work hand in hand with the Executive Assistant to keep priorities and workflows aligned

• Report straight to the business owner on team output and progress

• Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose practical fixes

• Establish clear expectations, targets, and benchmarks for each team member

• Encourage open communication and teamwork across departments

• Take charge of everyday issues so the business owner can stay focused elsewhere

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading a team, preferably one with a sales function

• Solid leadership and people-management capabilities
